Automatic bridging set
AL-10H creasing rule cutting machine uses an adjustable bridge forming mechanism. We can not only customize the bridging widths your are daily using of the bridge like normal size 5mm or 6mm, but also the height of the bridge can be manually adjusted to suit the different heights of creasing you are using.
In addition, we can also customize the creasing cutting module for waste removal dies. If you have a large number of waste removal dies order, then this creasing cutting machine will be a very good choice for you.
Adjustable lipping forming
This machine can adjusts the size of the lipping according to your die-making needs. Fully is motor-controlled, and the lipping forming can be done in a single pass.
However, the height of the blade limits the position and size of the lipping forming. So we only recommend using the lipping function for steel rule height between 23.6-23.8mm.
Machine with energy-saving motor
The drive power of the machine is servo motor with energy-saving high-speed permanent magnet motor. On the one hand, we use the servo motors to ensure that the coiled creasing rule’s feeding precision.
On the other hand, the work station of the briding,lipping,cutting adopts the high-speed permanent magnet motor, which not only rotates fast to make the machine working with high efficiency, but also is very energy-saving, which is 30% more energy-saving than the same power servo motor.

Do I need to buy a creasing rule cutting machine if I already have an auto steel rule bender?
In fact there is no conflict between these two machines, on the contrary you can greatly increase your productivity if you purchase an additional creasing rule cutter. The structure of the cutter is controlled by one one permanent magnet motor in three functional positions(bridging,lipping,cutting). So the creasing rule or steel rule forming and cutting efficiency is theoretically three times higher than that of the automatic steel rule bending machine. It also has more customization possibilities, such as waste removal steel rule cutting.
If you already have a steel rule bender, but have a high volume of orders and cannot keep up with the speed of production, it is highly recommended to purchase a creasing rule cutter.
