Fixed laser path
Cross tables laser die cutting machine adopts fixed laser path design. The whole machine has only one reflector, minimizing the laser path. So the laser transmission path is almost fixed, avoiding the deviation caused by the vibration of the reflector parts and the movement of the laser head.
In addition, the biggest benefit of a fixed laser path is that the laser power is the same because just the table is moving, which ensures that the cutting slits are uniform on every part of the working table, front, back, left and right all the same.
Automatic focusing laser head
Many of the tradition laser die cutting machine models on the market used a manual focus laser head, which needs to be adjusted by twisting a nut in order to adjust the height of the laser head to adapt the focus, which then enables cutting different die seams.
