Axial fast flow laser die cutting machine:

LASER source is laser generator have 1000W,1500W,2000W,2400W four laser power for option

Tube laser(400W-800W) cutting capacity is lower than axial fast flow laser(1000W-2400W) cutting machine

If your daily die board cutting less than 20 pieces(1220*2440mm),tube laser cutting machine is recommended.

If your daily die board cutting more than 30 pieces(1220*2440mm),axial fast flow laser die-cutting machine is more recommended.

Generally speacking,one set tube laser 600W matches 1-2 sets of auto blade bending machine.

One set axial fast flow laser 1500W matches 3-4 sets of auto blade bending machine.

Because of different brands of die blade has different hardness, the automatic bending machine can not be 100% perfect bending to the set angle. So before installing the die blade to the die board,you have to modify the die blades a little bit.
