More flexible laser source
A laser die cutting machine for wood with a totally enclosed CO2 laser tubes has become a popular choice for a new die-making business runner or small die shop owner . Because firstly, they can be flexibly replaced at the end of their service life without maintenance. Secondly, the laser tubes are relatively inexpensive, with much lower start-up costs than fast-axial-flow CO2 lasers.

One is gantry type with flying laser path, another one is cross table type with fixed laser path. The weaknesses of both structures are very obvious. Gantry type machine need to frequently adjust the laser path and laser spot focus because of the flying light path. It’s a headache when you use it for die-cutting process .
Another one is crossing table type. Although it has the fixed laser path, but it need more floor space area , and the working size is generally 1200mm × 1800mm.
