What is the different between Aolang 6mm die board laser die cutting and common CO2 laser machine on the market?
The biggest difference is the motor and transmission method, the common CO2 laser cutting machine is generally used in the external or internal slide guide working with stepper motors. And AOLANG’s 6mm pvc/mdf die board laser cutting machine adopts ball screw drive with servo motor. So our sticker label dies cutting machine precision can be within 0.03mm. However the common CO2 laser cutting machine precision is usually only ±0.05mm. For pvc cutting dies production, the precision is far from enough,so regular Co2 laser cutting machine is not recommended for die boards cutting.
In addition to this, the sticker lables dies making industry generally cuts 6mm PVC boards, and the plastic cutting process generates corrosive smokes and gases. Therefore laser cutting machine for pvc die board cutting usually need thicker paint and lubrication protection to prevent the guide rail, screw rod and machine body anti-rusting.
