What size of lipping molds are available? How can I make choice?
As we all know, most of die-makers on the market are using long bevel steel rule to making cutting dies. Therefore, our standard configuration is a 42° lipping cut mold for long bevel steel rules with a cutting edge angle of 42°, which meets the daily needs of most customers.
The specific shape is shown as picture below.
Additionally, if you are using short bevel blades with a cutting edge angle of 30°, you will need to select the 30° short bevel lipping mold separately, as the picture below.
Lipping mold matches short bevel with 52° cutting edge angle is also available. If you require a 52° short bevel lipping mold, please also communicate with our sales team in advance to arrange for customization.
You need to select an 8mm/9.5mm pad strip to make the steel rule manual cutter can cut 8mm/9.5mm steel rule.
